REPLACEMENT REQUEST
Use this form only if you are looking to replace gems that have fallen off and you wish to get the exact same gem as a replacement.
If the gem has fallen off within a week of application, I will replace the gem for half the price if I have it in stock. If I do not have the same gem, I will do my best to re-order it in a timely manner!
Feel your tooth with your tongue or finger. If it feels smooth like your other teeth, the gem can be replaced! If it feels textured and there is still dental composite on the tooth, you will need to get it buffed out and polished by a dental professional. Never try to do this yourself to avoid damaging enamel.
