Booking priorities and info:
I will be choosing on a first come first serve basis while prioritizing returning clients since I only have minimal availability. Anyone who does not get an appointment this time will be put at the top of the list for my next visit!

Custom Tattoos:
I will not be able to provide customs this time. If we had talked about a custom before I moved~ please put it in the notes so I can put you at the top of the list for customs in my next SLC guest spot.

Flash Tattoos:
Have the design title ready to enter below, all designs are repeatable. If you want multiple flash tattoos, please specify in order of priority and keep it to one form. Don’t write multiple titles if you only want one please!

Freehand Foliage Tattoos:
These require a lot of trust, I ask that you are prepared to give me creative freedom and understand that you might not be able to see the design fully-realized until the tattoo is complete. Regardless I will keep you informed step-by-step and clarify consent along the way!

Deposit:
If your request is accepted, I will ask for a $100 deposit when we schedule. This will secure the appointment and go towards the final price of your tattoo. Deposits are non-refundable.

Pricing:
All flash designs have a minimum price, the price will go up accordingly if you want it bigger than the listed size.
