FLASH/FREEHAND BOOKING FORM

Flash Tattoos:
If you want multiple flash tattoos, please specify and keep it to one form if possible. I generally give priority to larger pieces and only choose to do a few of each design per booking round so I don’t exhaust the artwork.

Freehand Tattoos:
(snakes & foliage)
These tattoos require a lot of trust, I ask that you are prepared to give me creative freedom and understand that you might not be able to see the design fully-realized until the tattoo is complete. Regardless I will keep you informed step-by-step and clarify consent along the way!

Deposit:
If your request is accepted, I will ask for a $100 deposit when we schedule. This will secure the appointment and go towards the final price of your tattoo. Deposits are non-refundable.

Pricing:
All flash designs have an estimated minimum price, the price will go up accordingly if you want it bigger than the listed size.
